Coyzy Product Launch

Coyzy is an Italian company promoting psychological safety and well-being through a digital platform matching psychologists with advice seekers.

Core Challenges

As every B2C digital services company, Coyzy wanted to make their the customer experience uniform across different devices and integrate seamlessly with established platforms to enable their users to have easier access to their services. The key challenge here was the management of user identities across web and mobile platforms that were build at different points in time and with different technologies.

Another pain point for Coyzy was billing their users. Their pricing model featured a tiered subscription model with different limitations for the use of service. To correctly estimate the service usage, Coyzy needed to integrate data from third-party services and cross-reference it with internal data. This process was complex and time intensive for the team.

During our collaboration with Coyzy we came up with solutions for:

  • A user data management system to allow logins from separate backend architectures
  • Appointment tracking and reconciliation
